I tried taking two pills to at least meet the minimum suggested dosage and they did not make me feel very good at all.I think the other ingredients worked against me (I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine), so I would recommend this supplement but be very careful about how much you take. My cholesterol medication requires that I have absolutely NO grapefruit juice. I stopped taking it and my heart racing stopped. All I accomplished was making my wallet lighter. I've since read that the product can be purchased in bulk powder that has nothing but raspberry keytone, no added ingredients. Live and learn. |
